Information on deliveries and payment methods

2-5 working days. If your order is delayed because it is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you by email and advise the delivery time.

Our products are delivered free of charge within Sweden.

Ordered but not picked up packages will be charged a fee of 150 SEK including VAT to cover our additional costs such as shipping, return freight and other administration.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, you have 14 days to return it. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Once the product is checked and approved, we will send you a new product or issue a refund, according to your wishes. The return freight is paid by the customer. Before returning any item, please contact us by email at kontakt@friskaleder.com. We cannot guarantee that we will collect goods sent without prior notice. Packages returned for cash on delivery will not be collected and will not be accepted as a return.

If it is a complaint because you are not satisfied with the quality of the product, please contact us by phone or email before returning.
