PERSONAL DATA
Friska Leder complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and is responsible for personal data. Friska Leder primarily collects data directly from you as a customer, but in order to maintain good customer and record care, Friska Leder may supplement the personal data by collecting it from private and public registers, e.g. updating address information using the state's personal and address register, SPAR. The purpose of the processing is to collect information about purchases as a basis for offers and discounts as well as marketing of both a general and targeted nature. Personal data is not kept for a longer period of time than is necessary with regard to the purpose of the processing. By giving us your information, you agree that information about you is stored with us and that we may send you mailings. Dispatch takes place via post or electronic medium. You also understand that the information you provide to us is used as a basis for analyzes and statistics. Your personal data will neither be sold nor transferred to anyone outside Friska Leder, except for processing on behalf of Friska Leder, e.g. printing or distribution. Each such transfer takes place in accordance with a non-disclosure agreement. When handling personal data, a high level of security and confidentiality is observed. According to the GDPR, you have the opportunity to obtain, upon written request, information about our processing of your data. Friska Leder may require additional information to confirm that we are disclosing information to the correct person at that time. Responsibilities of the sales company The sales company is not responsible for damage that is due to legal orders, official action, war, strike, blockade, boycott or other similar circumstance. The reservation regarding strikes, blockades, boycotts and lockouts applies even if the card issuer itself takes or is subject to such conflict measures. If the selling company has been normally careful, it is also not obliged to compensate for damage in other cases.
Modification of Terms

UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES
Packages ordered but not collected will be charged a fee of SEK 150 including VAT to cover our additional costs such as shipping, return shipping and other administration.

RETURNS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, you have 14 days to return it. The product must then be unused and in its original packaging . Once the item is checked and approved, we will send a new product or make a refund, all according to your wishes. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Before you send any product back, we want you to contact us via email to: kontakt@friskaleder.com. We cannot guarantee that we will collect goods sent without prior notification. Packages returned against cash on delivery will not be picked up and will not be accepted as a return.
If it concerns a complaint because you are not satisfied with the quality of the product, please contact us by phone or email before the return takes place.
